Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any license provided by USomnia ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase or activating a license key, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon successful payment, USomnia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the watermark-removal module ("Module") solely within the mobile application identified by the Package Name / Bundle ID you provided at checkout. The license is valid for the lifetime of that specific package unless otherwise stated.

2. License Tiers

We offer two distinct license tiers. You must select the appropriate tier based on your entity type and revenue:

  • Personal License: Intended for independent (solo) developers, hobbyists, or students. You may use this license only if your application generates less than $100,000 USD in gross annual revenue and your total funding does not exceed $100,000 USD.
  • Business License: Required for registered companies, corporations, agencies, or teams. There are no limits on revenue or funding under this tier. If you are developing an app for a client (agency work), you must purchase a Business License.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the license or license key to any third party.
  • Use a single license key across multiple package names or bundle IDs.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Module.
  • Use the Module in any application or product that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. One License Per Package

Regardless of the license tier purchased (Personal or Business), each license is tied permanently to a single Package Name / Bundle ID entered at the time of purchase. If your Android (AOS) and iOS apps use different package names, you must purchase a separate license for each. No changes to the registered package name are permitted after purchase.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Module, all associated code, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of USomnia. These Terms do not convey any ownership rights to you. Feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the Module may be used by USomnia without restriction or compensation.

6. Updates & Support

USomnia may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or bug fixes for the Module. We are under no obligation to provide ongoing support beyond what is expressly stated at the time of purchase. Support requests may be submitted via the contact information below.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Module is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. USomnia does not warrant that the Module will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USomnia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Module. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license.

9. Termination

USomnia reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Module and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by USomnia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Module after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
